Honesty is our policy. Before delivery, we take a detailed video and photos of the vehicle's condition with you. If a minor incident occurs during your rental (e.g., curbing an alloy wheel while parking), the repair cost at our official workshop will be deducted from your security deposit. We never charge hidden markups; only the actual repair cost to return the car to its flawless condition.
