Cancellation and modification policy
What happens if your travel plans change at the last minute.
We understand that VIP travelers' plans can change. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days in advance, we refund 100% of the initial payment. Between 7 and 2 days, we retain 50% of the booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, but we always try to offer flexibility by holding the amount as credit for a future rental with Marbella Profile within the next 12 months.
