How does the security deposit and insurance work?

All our vehicles include comprehensive insurance with an excess (deductible). The security deposit (ranging from €1,500 to €10,000 depending on the model) is blocked on your credit card or paid via bank transfer. This amount acts as a guarantee against potential uncovered damages or excess mileage. The hold is fully released within 24 to 48 hours after the vehicle is returned and inspected to be in perfect condition.
